Ok, so, not many towns have a designated beach for dogs, but Venice has an excess of pearly white beaches (14 miles actually) so they decided to give one to our furry friends.  One of the favorite beaches for humans is Caspersen Beach, which is two miles of absolute sandy bliss.  Beachcombers flock to Venice Beach to collect shark teeth (Venice is the worlds number one place for finding shark teeth) but the pleasure of Venice aren’t only on the beach.  Beautifully lush avenues and Italian Rennaissance-style buildings, complete with red tile roofs and elegant arches, line the Historic District, which was designed in the 1920s as an homage to the town’s Italian namesake.  The Venetian Waterway Park runs for 10 miles on both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway, allowingeveryone access to running and walking trails, not to mention constant water views. Dogs  just lead their masters to Broward Paw Park Beach, where they can mingle with fellow four legged friends.  It's no wonder Venice is the second "Happiest Seaside Town in the U.S."
