It's what we're know for...SHARK TEETH! Friday, April 10th, is the kick-off of the 23rd Annual Shark Tooth Festival and it's going to be the best one yet!

If you're not familiar with the Shark Tooth Festival, let us fill you in. The name of the Festival comes from the millions of shark teeth that wash up on our sandy white beaches every year. The festival itself takes place each Spring, along the back drop of Venice's best shark tooth hunting beach; where more than 100 artists & fossil collectors from around the Southeast display and sell sharks teeth, prehistoric fossils and other artwork from around the state markets, along with their original work. There is also incredible food from seafood dishes to BBQ from area vendors, live entertainment on stage throughout the festival, childrens events, 10K Run, Shark Tooth Scramble and Mote Marine hands on exhibits.
